Authority Leads

They can’t roll until an insurer files.
Be the one who calls.

Every week, new trucking companies file for federal operating authority with FMCSA — and many sit in Pending status for one reason: no BMC-91 insurance filing is on record. Until an insurer files, they cannot legally operate.

Authority Leads finds those carriers the night they appear and sells each lead to one agent only. Sold once, then removed. No shared lists, no racing four other agents to the same phone number.

Exclusive by design — one buyer per lead, tracked in a sold ledger. As-filed phone and email from the carrier’s own federal filing.

How it works

The same Lead Central pattern: public filing in, tagged nightly, delivered first — with one difference. An Authority Lead is never sold twice.

1 We watch the federal filings

Every night we pull the new FMCSA authority filings — the public record of every carrier that just applied to operate.

2 We filter to the ones who need you

Only carriers still Pending with zero insurance on file make the cut — the ones who cannot legally roll until an insurer files their BMC-91.

3 One agent buys it. Then it’s gone.

The lead — with the phone and email from the carrier’s own filing — goes to a single buyer, is marked in the sold ledger, and is removed from sale.

Built for commercial trucking insurance agents

If you write new carriers, your best prospect is the one whose truck is parked until somebody files.

$160 / lead · exclusive

Most “new carrier” lists are stale, shared, or both — by the time you call, the carrier has already bound coverage or been pitched by every agent in the state. Authority Leads is built on the one moment that can’t be faked: a federal filing that says Pending, with no insurance on record.

That is forced timing. The carrier needs a filing to start operating, and the agent who files it usually keeps the account. You’re not interrupting their day — you’re the call that unblocks it.

  • As-filed contact details — phone and email from the carrier’s own federal filing
  • Verified status — authority still Pending, no BMC-91 insurance filing on record at pull time
  • Exclusive by design — one buyer per lead, tracked in a sold ledger, then removed
  • Arizona first — the launch state, pulled from nationwide FMCSA data that covers all 50 states

Questions agents ask

Why does “Pending” status matter?

A carrier with Pending authority and no BMC-91 insurance filing on record cannot legally operate. They are not shopping around for fun — they need an insurer to file before their trucks can roll. That deadline is what makes the lead valuable.

What exactly do I get with a lead?

The carrier’s as-filed contact details — phone and email taken from their own federal filing — along with their Pending authority status and the fact that no insurance filing was on record when the lead was pulled. In our verified sample week, 20 of 20 leads carried both phone and email.

Is the lead really exclusive?

Yes. Each lead is sold to exactly one buyer, recorded in a sold ledger, and removed from sale. We don’t resell it, share it, or put it on a list. If another agent has the same carrier, they didn’t get them from us.

Is this Arizona only?

Arizona is the launch state, and our verified sample was pulled for Arizona: 1,808 new authorities nationwide narrowed to 27 Arizona-based carriers and 20 verified leads. The same public FMCSA data covers all 50 states — ask us about other states through the interest form.

How many leads are there each week?

It varies with filing volume, and we won’t invent a quota. The counted sample week (Oct 27 – Nov 2, 2026) produced 20 verified Arizona leads. When a week is thin, there is simply less to buy — we’d rather sell out than pad the shelf.

Is there a subscription or minimum?

No. Authority Leads are bought one at a time at $160 each. Buy one, work it, come back for the next — the shelf only holds carriers that are still Pending with no insurance on file.

The next carrier files tonight.

Somewhere in tonight’s FMCSA filings is a carrier who can’t move until an insurer calls. One agent gets that lead. Make it you.
