Permit Central Arizona

The job was filed yesterday.
See it first.

Contractors keep paying for the same recycled lead — sold to four competitors, worked to death before it reaches you. A building permit is the opposite: a real owner, a real address, a real job that was filed yesterday.

Permit Central pulls Arizona’s permit feeds every night, tags each filing by trade and ZIP, and puts only your matches in your inbox at 7 AM. No portal to babysit. No bidding war.

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Capped at 3 subscribers per trade, per territory — your feed never turns into a footrace.

How it works

One engine, every night. Public record in — a short, usable list out. There is no portal to log into and no list to babysit.

1 We pull the filings nightly

Every night we pull Arizona’s public permit feeds — the same records the cities and counties publish themselves.

2 We tag what matters

Each permit is tagged by trade, city, and ZIP, then matched against your trades and your territory. Everything else is filtered out before it reaches you.

3 You act first

Your digest lands at 7 AM — while the job is fresh and before it turns into a bidding war. You hear about the work when it’s filed, not when it’s crowded.

Every trade that pulls a permit

One permit feed serves all of them. Each filing is tagged by trade when it comes in, and your daily email digest carries only the permits for your trade and your cities — nothing else.

  • HVAC — change-outs, new installs, and mechanical permits as they’re filed
  • Plumbing — repipes, water heaters, and new plumbing work
  • Electrical — service upgrades, panels, and new electrical permits
  • Roofing — re-roofs and roof replacements filed with the city
  • General contractors — new builds, additions, and ground-up work
  • Remodelers — kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodel permits
  • Insulation — insulation and energy-upgrade work tied to a filing

Run more than one trade? Choose Multiple trades on the order form and your digest covers each of them. Solar, pool builders, and landscapers are covered too — any trade whose work starts with a permit filing.

If you buy leads today, you already know the reviews contractors leave: wrong numbers, the same homeowner sold to three, four, or five companies at once, and contracts that are hard to leave when the leads don’t perform. Permit Central works the opposite way — every lead starts as a real permit filing by a real property owner, in a specific trade, at a specific address.

Subscriptions are per metro — Phoenix metro or Tucson — and capped at 3 subscribers per trade per territory, so the feed stays a head start instead of becoming another crowd.

  • Not shared marketplace leads — every lead starts as a real permit
  • Month-to-month — no 12-month contract, no lead-credit runaround, cancel anytime
  • Your trade, your cities — filtered before it reaches your inbox
  • The 7 AM email is the product — no subscriber portal to log into, nothing to babysit

Questions contractors ask

Where do the permits come from?

From the cities’ and counties’ own public permit feeds — the same filings a homeowner or builder submits. We pull them nightly, tag each one by trade, city, and ZIP, and email you only the ones that match your trades and territory. Our last 30-day pull counted 3,304 permits.

Which metros can I subscribe to?

Two, priced per metro: Phoenix metro and Tucson. The 30-day pull breaks down as Maricopa County 1,136, Phoenix 994, Tucson 427, Mesa 311, Peoria 282, Tempe 146, and Scottsdale 8 — volume follows the filings, and we show the counted numbers rather than promising a quota.

How is this different from the shared-lead marketplaces?

Marketplace leads are usually a homeowner form-fill sold to several companies at once. A Permit Central lead starts as a government filing for real work at a real address — and your territory is capped at 3 subscribers per trade, so you’re never racing a crowd to the same door.

What’s the difference between Daily Feed and Curated?

Daily Feed ($99/mo per metro) is the 7 AM digest of every new permit matching your trades and cities. Curated ($299/mo per metro) adds a weekly hand-picked Top 10 — the highest-value matches, with call plans — on top of the same daily digest.

Is there a contract or a portal to manage?

Neither. Subscriptions are month-to-month, payment is by Zelle, and the 7 AM email is the product. Monthly plans renew by Zelle each month — no card is kept on file, and you can cancel anytime by simply not renewing. There is no subscriber login to keep up with.

Can I see a sample before I pay?

Yes — ask for a free sample through the hub’s interest form and we’ll line up yesterday’s real permits for your trade. Judge the data before you spend anything.

Tomorrow’s 7 AM email is being built tonight.

The permits filed today are already in tonight’s pull. Pick your metro, pick your tier, and be the contractor who calls first — or start with the free sample and see the data for yourself.
